Eric Eyerman is the chief executive officer at California Nanotechnologies. He graduated in 2013 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He began his career at Cal Nano in 2014 as an engineer and quickly progressed to a managerial role and ultimately CEO of the company. Over the past 7 years at Cal Nano, he has become extremely knowledgeable in developing material systems using Spark Plasma Sintering (SPS), Cryogenic Milling, and managing multi-stage programs from large multinational technology corporations, national labs, and universities. Mr. Eyerman is in charge of all R&D and manufacturing at Cal Nano, which includes extensive programs involving SPS and Cryogenic Milling.


Brian Weinstein is the SPS Manager at California Nanotechnologies. He is a senior engineer that graduated with a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from California State University, Long Beach in 2009 and achieved the Certified Manufacturing Technologist designation through the Society of Manufacturing Engineers. His engineering background is supplemented by formal Machine shop training and a wide range of hands-on experience. He began working at Cal Nano in 2010 where he has contributed directly to the company's materials development programs and expansion of processing capabilities including Cryogenic Milling systems. His area of expertise includes Cryogenic milling and Spark Plasma Sintering. Having received factory training by Fuji-SPS, Mr. Weinstein is responsible for installation, training, and technical support for users of SPS equipment in North America.



Roger Dent is the Chief Executive Officer of Quinsam Capital Corporation and is a director of Quinsam Opportunities I Inc., The Tinley Beverage Company Inc., Deveron UAS Ltd. and ACUITYAds Inc. He also serves as a Director of California Nanotechnologies Corp., a company founded by Omni-Lite in 2005. From 2003 to 2011, he has held various positions including portfolio manager with Matrix Fund Management Inc., where he managed the Matrix Strategic Small Cap Fund and the Matrix Small Companies Fund. He was formerly vice-chairman of one of Canada's largest independent investment dealers and was managing director and deputy manager of research at CIBC World Markets.


Sebastien Goulet is the President and CEO of CardLogix Corporation, a secure credential and biometric solution provider in Irvine, California. He also serves as a director for California Nanotechnologies Corp., a company founded by Omni-Lite in 2005. From 1995 to 2016, he has held various positions including CEO of GEL Consulting, VP & Director Global Operations at ITT, EVP at Deutsch / TE Connectivity, SVP Operations and GM Commercial Division at Nautilus Fitness, VP Global Operations and GM Specialty Lighting at PerkinElmer Inc, VP Global Operations at FlaktWoods Group LTD, Quality Director and Master Black Belt at GE Power Systems, Sourcing Manager at GE Power Systems, and Manufacturing / Sourcing Engineer at GE Power Systems. Sebastien graduated from Syracuse University with a Masters in Science in Manufacturing Engineering, a Master in Science in Industrial Management, a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering.
