Brian Weinstein is the VP of Research and Development at California Nanotechnologies. He graduated with a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from California State University, Long Beach in 2009. His engineering background is supplemented by formal Machine shop training and a wide range of hands-on experience. He began working at Cal Nano in 2010 where he has contributed directly to the execution of materials research programs, systems development and expansion of processing capabilities. His areas of expertise include Cryogenic milling and Spark Plasma Sintering. He has over 2000 hours of experience running SPS equipment and serves as senior technical staff for Cal Nano’s SPS lab. Having received factory training by Fuji-SPS, Mr. Weinstein is responsible for installation, training, servicing and technical support for users of SPS equipment in North America.
